Who you contract with
Koine Academy is provided by Jimmy Johansson EF, Sweden (contact: jimmy.johansson.2@proton.me). By using the app you agree to these terms.
Reseller (Merchant of Record)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing and tax are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms
Foundation Pack
The Foundation Pack is a one-time purchase (SEK 149 including any applicable tax), not a subscription. It gives your account access to the paid sections listed on the purchase page for 12 months from the purchase date. It does not include future products, and it is not a complete Greek course.
Your account
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. You must be of legal age or have a guardian's consent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing access limits). Do not resell or redistribute the content.
Intellectual property
Jimmy Johansson EF owns the app, its explanations, exercises and branding. Greek source texts are used under their stated open licences (SBLGNT, MorphGNT), with attribution shown in the app.
Service level
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Suspension
We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated serious violations.
Law
Swedish law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence is not affected.
