What we collect and why
Email address and login credentials (to provide your account – contract); learning progress and settings (to provide the service – contract); purchase and refund records such as order reference, date and amount (to grant access and handle refunds – contract and legal obligation); support messages (to answer you – legitimate interest); technical data such as IP address and device information in server logs (security – legitimate interest). Guest progress is stored only on your device.
Who receives data
Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) for the sale, payment, tax and invoicing; our hosting and database providers; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.
Transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; in that case appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions are used.
Retention
Account and progress data are kept while your account exists and deleted on request. Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object, and withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Security and cookies
We use encryption in transit and access controls. The app uses only essential browser storage for login, language and offline progress; no marketing or analytics cookies.
